Hi Darian - I recently received a 10 yr replacement Green Card and my name is spelt wrong. I believe I understand the process based on your video and the USCIS website, but I don't understand why the USCIS website has a section titled "Typographic Error' which you can fill out for a mistake made on a green card. It's a very straightforward eresponse and the page states "Did you receive a notice, document or card from USCIS and it contains a typographic error? We can assist you in correcting the error." To me this is confusing. Am I meant to a) Send in I-90, with Green Card, and other ID or b) Fill out this "Typographic Error" form on the USCIS website or c) Fill out both. Any insight would be appreciated.

Can Concurrent Filing be made between the I-130 form that my US citizen son will submit and the I-485 form that we will submit? It says on Uscis's page that it can be done. What is the latest situation? Since my son is a student, he has a very limited income and tax return, but we can show enough bank accounts for him and for ourselves. Would this be enough?

my USC spouse submitted my marriage based green card application on the 15th of september 2023, i got my biometrics on the 20th of october 2023, i got my work permit on 5th of november. i had my interview called for the 6th of march and no decison was made on the interview (i was told to be patient ) and got the paper to wait 120 days. two weeks ago, uscis officer came to my place and left with the satisfactory visit. i checked my online status which says that , my parole document is produced and that's it. my i-130 and i-1480 is still being reviewd by USCIS. as of today, its 107th day of 120th. what should i do? and what are my options after 120 days? my field office is in spokane, WAshington state.

I became an LPR in June of 2019, I went back to my home country for school in January of 2020 I got the re-entry permit on March 25, 2020 just in case I took more than a year, gladly I have the re-entry permit because of Covid, my question is how long should I still wait before I can apply for naturalization? I personally believe this is senseless issue, the parent of a us citizen (considered immediately relative obviously is also over 21 years of age) why a son of a us citizen (blood of his blood) cannot be considered as immediately relative as well, despite his age. Totally unfair but that's the law

Hi, I am a US Citizen, my wife was granted an IR1 Lawful Permanent Residency (LPR) and a Social Security number on 5/19/1997, and lived in the USA with me until 3/17/1999 and she had not returned to the USA since that date. Her Resident Alien Card expiry date is 06/10/2007. My QUESTION is; if her LPR status is still active or not, and if I should file Form I-90 or Form I-130 all over again. Thanks
